Byne has ungone some needed changes in recent years. My 2 children have attended Byne Memorial Baptist School since K-4. One has now graduated and is attending one of Georgia's top private universities and doing well. Both of my children have received a top quality Christian education that will allow them to pursue any profession they choose. I love Byne.
My child has been a student at Byne Christian School since K-4. She is a Senior in high school this year, so we have truly seen good and bad times. I believe that she has received the exact education that she needs to accomplish the work God has for her. As a school board member and a parent, I know that Byne School is a place that strives to put God first in all that we do, and remember, Jesus told us that if we would put Him first, everything else would fall into place. I can also tell you that while it is still important for a child to be well balanced, athletics does not take precidence over education or providing a Biblical world view. I would not trade my daughter's Byne experience for any other. 4 stars because we will ALWAYS aim higher!
I must disagree with the first two comments that were posted several years ago, due to the fact that there have been many, many, much needed changes in administration and academics at Byne School. I feel my child has gained the education she needs to continue onto college. I do not feel like we, as parents, have wasted money on her education. She respects the teachers and administration that Byne has aquired in the last several years. 'Change' has been wonderful for Byne School and it is still getting better and better.
I have two girls that have attended Byne since they were toddlers. Now they are in elementary school (one going to middle school next year), and we have thoroughly liked the education they have received to date. The students are on first name basis with most everyone, and I believe they are receiving a great education. Both girls are involved in soccer, ambassadors, etc. and they each enjoy going to school at Byne.
