Our daughter attended Lancaster Center as an infant, and I felt that she was very well cared for. Decorations and toys were rotated frequently to stimulate the little ones. Communication between admin., staff, and parents was exemplary. Our daughter smiled and bounced in my arms upon arrival each morning. Every time I went to pick her up, she was either being held and rocked, or she was playing quietly. The only reason I give 4 stars instead of 5 is that the staff turnover was frequent. They lost a lot of very good staff during our time there and our daughter had to keep bonding with new people. I know that child care is underpaid and high turnover is typical, but our new center a fraction of the turnover that Lancaster Center had.
