Battle Academy for Teaching Learning

We have three students at Battle and find it a great place for them to learn. Any issues I've had I've been able to address candidly with the teachers or administration. My wife and I are consistently impressed with how are children are being challenged and cared for there.

I have experience different levels of experience at Battle Academy coming from a private school. I have a Kindergartener and a Second grader. My kindergartener has had a wonderful experience at Battle and my second grader has a yearning to go back to the privated school in which he came from.

I am a parent of a special needs child. In February of 08 my child had a very limited vocabulary. After spending the year (thus far) in Kim Hays's room, she can now hold a conversation. Where once I thought her father and I would never hear her truly speak, tears come to my eyes and happiness in my heart for Ms. Hays and her program that gave my child a voice! It's truly amazing what Ms. Hays can do and we will always be grateful to her.

I was the first student to be accepted into battle academy and my mom( a 5th grade teacher) was the first teacher to be hired. I knew we were very lucky because the principal and vice principal were very nice and cool. I instantly had a wonderful realtions ship with them,
