While discipline and student behavior seems to be more difficult to handle in the public school and in comparison with other schools, I think Ridgecroft is a great school esp when it comes to academics and kids are alot better mainly because of the disciplinary measures that it espouses; faculty and staff are great, moreso, wonderful parents who actively involve themselves in their child's development. I highly recommend Ridgecroft School!

The school is older, but is well-kept. Parental involvement is strongly encouraged, and the children are much more well-behaved than in the public schools. Classes are small, so the students become like brothers and sisters, and look out for one another. The kids feel safe there, and I believe they are safe. It is difficult to keep good younger teachers due being without state benefits, but the older teachers, many of whom have retired from the public schools, are there because they are dedicated, and seem to like the environment and the students.

This school is severely lacking in discipline, the children behave with disrespect to the teachers and nothing is done about it. The elementary school is dirty and the playground is sparse with broken swings and a jungle gym, I would not send my children here if I had any other choice but the public schools in this area are horrible.
