Rock Springs Elementary is an excellent school. It has been a place where my children have been encouraged to grow academically, as well as in character. They have received much encouragement and praise from all of their teachers, even when they have gone back to visit them years later. The school has gone through many changes, and new faces, since my first year as a parent there. The staff continues to be dedicated and caring. I was not surprised to continue to see the such a positive attitude and dedication to their profession continue even in these tough financial times for schools. The staff at RSE started off this new school year with more enthusiasm than ever.
Sad to see the yr come to an end! Loved my daughters teacher! Assistant principal and most staff are very nice!! Dont have much to say for the principal~ or some of the staff! Not friendly at all!!Rude, even out in public, outside of the school!
The teachers at this school are great. They have done everything in their power to help my child. I would have marked it as higher if it were not for the principal. I tried to have a meeting with her and she was very impersonable. I have also witnessed her interacting with her teachers and she does not empower them at all. If anything, I think the teachers are afraid of her. I really feel for the teachers.
