My child went to this school for one year and we couldn't get her out of the fast enough! Her teacher was horrible. She learned absolutely nothing that year. The teacher had no control over the class. It was wild every time I was there. The office staff was horrible. They treated you like you were an alien with with 3 heads when you would come into the office they were rude. The worst school I have ever been in and having the unfortunate circumstance of moving often, I have been quite a few!!

My child has gone to this school since 1st grade and is now in 4th grade. Everyone I've met over the past years has always been enthusiastic. The school is back to being an A school again and I see the constant improvement despite cutbacks. I would absolutely recommend this school to anyone.

We have been very happy with Clarcona Elementary. Our son has been there 3 years and each year he's had a teacher that goes above and beyond. The school could use some cosmetic work, but it is an older school and somewhat to be expected. The office staff is always friendly and willing to help us in any situation. Even the principal got involved (along with the school counselor)to assist us with some emotional problems our son was having. We're quite pleased overall and would recommend this school to any parent.
I currently have 2 children at this school. My son has been there for 3 years and my daughter for 2. I loved my sons kindergarten and 1st grade teacher. My daughter had the same teacher for kindergarten as well. However, the school itself is filthy and over crowded. On first sight you see mold and paint peeling of of the outside walls it looks really bad. The classrooms that my children are in now always floods at the door and onto the carpet everytime it rains. We're in FL so it rains quite often. I consider the school unsafe. I have visited the school often during the day and watch as kids play in a retention pond. Some hang out near the road and I have seen balls roll in the direction of oncoming cars while pulling in. This school has tons of portables and individual buildings.
