Administration and staff practices self preservation versus what is good for the students. Conflicting programs allow students to constantly miss core classes and fail while pursuing theater!!??
a good portion of teachers are laid back and dont expect much from their students. The idea of a 'challenging' invironment is not introduced until A.P classes or Senior year when students struggle with an unexpected load
