Mountain View Parent Nursery School is an incredible pre-school! This is our family's second year, and I continue to be amazed by the excellent teaching staff, caring family community and range of opportunities available to my 5 year old. The Director of the school is a seasoned child development educator. The staff is highly qualified, and they genuinely CARE for children. Staff turn-over rate is next to non-existent. MVPNS is a co-op, offered as an 'Adult Education' program through the Mountain View/Los Altos High School District. Parents work one day per week in the classroom, on a variety of activities from supervising crafts to cleaning toilets and the guinea pig's cage. Parents are also required to attend one evening Parent Education meeting per month, and participate in fundraising activities. MVPNS has given my son a solid educational foundation, and instilled within him a love of learning that won't dilute over time.

MVPNS school is good place for children to learn but there is lot of cost included for fund raising. We have to do lot of work in school and if we miss any single monthly meeting we have to compensate in terms of money. If you have time and can spend money for each and every single miss of meeting, work day etc then its a good place for your kid.Besides this on the positive note MVPNS has good culture, good people and time to time they organize many family picnic, fun activities for kids and family interaction.
