We moved from out of state and enrolled our three daughters in Hough. It was no coincidence that all three of there teachers were helpful, energetic and positive. The teaching staff is young and vital. The staff is friendly and welcoming. My children love this school.
Excellent staff (young and enthusiastic), active PTA, pool next door, daycare on sight, yearly St. Pat's day parade, arts and academics well supported. Lots of intervention creates a safe environment but some of the children can have serious issues brought from home that can impact learning for all.
The environment is friendly to both parents and students. The principal and staff go out of their way to try and accommodate all learners. Hough also has a pool and gives every class 1-2 weeks of swimming lessons. There seems to be a lot of parent and community involvement in Hough. Overall my family is very happy with this school.
