I have one child attending GHR. The education quality varies from grade to grade and teacher to teacher. 3rd grade I feel he learned a great deal. 4th grade was a cake walk as far as work load. Discipline is dealt with on a teacher to teacher basis, and is not consistant throughout the school. One teacher has disciplined a student for a minor infraction, where another teacher feels no disciplinary action is needed for a major threat to a classmate. My son also has food allergies. The school has not or is not willing to institute certain safety procedures to keep him safe. What procedures they do have, are not enforced (from my own observations). There have been instances of contamination regarding his food allergies, in the 2003/2004 school year.
