The best teachers and administration. Love their extracurricular activities and the emphasis on individuality. Keep up the good job.
With a student population of 300 kids from 1st through 8th grade, Woodrow Wilson Elementary School has a student/teacher ration of 15 to 1, and a principal who knows every child by name. While our school is in an New Jersey Abbott District (defined as low socio-economic level and struggling scholastically), Woodrow Wilson has consistently scored on state math and language arts testing as not only among the highest in the district, but also one of the highest in the state. It is one of the US Department of Education's 250 official Star Schools throughout the country, and is also designated as a Blue Ribbon School. Most important, our school is dedicated to an arts-integrated curriculum where music, dance, visual arts, theatre and other fine arts are used as a vivid and vibrant means to teach science, social studies, math, language arts, history and other non-arts subjects. Every child feels inspired, important and appreciated, and our teachers and administration are the most caring and committed you can find anywhere. Woodrow Wilson Wrocks!
