St Joseph's School is a very good school, the one caveat is that there is no Foregin Language Program. The New Principal, Ms. Diane Young is excellent, she is extremely caring and compassionate with students, teachers and families. Ms. Smith the PK 3 teacher is very nuturing and my kids fell in love with her. Other Standouts are Ms. Scimone who really takes the time to get to know each child and is available to assist them if they fall behind. Parents can choose to be very involved through volunteerism and or PTA. My children are no longer there but what they learned and gained from St. Joes is still with them.
I went to this school for several years. We left the area and I graduated from another school... but I learned more, and had a better environment in St Josephs than the larger, better furnished public school. Much more, I learned a life long appreciation of my faith.

My son was 3 when he began he did not know his colors, the bible, sharing as he was an only child for a while. By November 2007 he knew his colors, asked me if I wanted to the know the story of King Herad, Jonah, etc. What a marvelous school. God bless you all.
