It's the school everyone wishes they could have attended as a child, with an amazing sense of the wonder of childhood.
We love the warm & nurturing environment. Great 'outside the box' teaching methods from outstanding teachers!
I disagree with a previous parent who left the negative review. The school tells you from day one that this school isn't for everyone. They expect parents to be committed to working with their own children. It's a partnership with the parents, which is what makes it so different from public school. They do grade middle school children, and there are plenty of opportunities for 'competition'. The school is small, so they don't have organized sports, but they offer many programs after school that are naturally competitive. The school is well known for its debate team as well. This previous parent apparently wasn't tuned in to the school's philosophy or many programs and evidently wants a school to raise their child for them.
