Excellent school that teaches children how to think instead of what to think...

We love Providence. We have had three children there for 5 1/2 years and appreciate the academics, the spiritual environment, the sports and the overall quality. They believe that parents are the primary educators and they are called to walk alongside and help. The staff is professional, academically excellent and very caring. Our children are getting a well rounded education from a strong Christian perspective in a protective environment. They are also being taught to think for themselves and we are confident that they will be well prepared to face the world when they graduate. We recommend Providence to anyone who wants their children well educated spiritually, emotionally, academically and socially1

Providence Academy is a wonderful school, which teaches a classical education. this means that they teach in a form similar to the greek learning techniques. they teach bible classes, such as church history, old testament survey, and many more. the only major difference between it and public schools is that everything thay teach is taught from a biblical perspective. they have a wide variety of sports, and one of the major requirements, however is that both parents must be christians for their child to attend, and they must be ative in a local church. overall, this is a wonderful school.
