We LOVE Arrowhead!! Previously we were at a smaller school and hesitant about coming into a big school district, but when we got here we were pleasantly surprised by the dedication of parents and teachers. My son has loved going to school here. His teacher explained that he needed to work on reading, which we did and he now read 2 grade levels above where he should be. That was a combined effort of teacher and parent, but mostly teacher.
My son suffers from ADHD and I can say compared to the previous school he attended there is no comparison. Arrowhead doesn't have the time or concern to see my son succeed. He is extremely bright but it does take some time to get him to focus and instead of working together parent, teacher and child I feel as though they have just thrown there hands up. Well I am not about to because I know what he is capable of that is why we will be moving away from this school district. It is too bad my child has to suffer because no one want to be bothered!

This school is terrible! My son went there for 1st and 2nd grade and learned nothing. He got behind and had problems in both reading and math, yet the school gave us all kinds of problems and run-around in trying to get these problems addressed. It took us two years to get him taken care of and in the right programs to take care of the problems. The school atmosphere is extremely negative, and the teachers don't seem to care one way or another about whether or not the children really learn the material. The administration staff is apathetic at best and parent involvement is not received well at all.
