My child had a great time at this school. She had Ms. Sylvia who is one of the best, nicest, most nurturing teacher. She truly cares for the children, teaches them, makes them laugh, and put a LOT of time and effort into the activities she plans each day. Even though the school is play based, my child learned how to write, and learned a lot about nature, how things work, and art at this school. The school is well run by the director (Denise), but she lacks people skills and can be gruff with the parents. The hours here are great for working parents and the play area is spacious. They will reapply sunscreen on your child if you provide it.
Things we love... the teachers, feedback on child's day, live fish in fishtank, playground, arts and crafts, security and check in/check out Things we dislike... the administration! and the chemically pristine lawn and smell of bleach in rooms.
The Cupertino Bright Horizons is a wonderful and amazing place. The teachers are caring, thoughtful, and highly educated. Children, as well as parents, seem very happy. I have had nothing but great interactions with the management. The director and assistant director have always been helpful and friendly.
