I don't know what school the first lady is talking about but that sure isn't my school, this is one of the best schools around and I know that to be true. People are always friendly and you couldn't ask for a better environment for kids to be educated in. :)
I am a 7th grader at Lake Weir Middle school and I love it the teachers are very nice and really explain what they are teaching you. LWMS also has alot of things to do before or after school like volleyball, track, Drillteam, Flag, FFA, and Majoretts. LWMS also has clubs that we go to on half days for 5th and 6th block. The princeable at Lake Weir Middle school is making alot of great changes, last year was his first year has princable at lake weir middle. I would not go to any other middle school.
My daughter just started LWMS and I am very happy with her teachers, the administration and her guidance counselor. The school grounds are very clean and the landscaping is pretty. There is a nice water garden just outside the library. When I have visited the school recently, I have been met in the hallways with pleasant greetings from teachers and support staff. I am looking forward to many successful and happy years at LWMS!
