I was happy. I was attracted to this school because it is full time, has a great academic structure, nice location, reasonable tuition, the works. My child loves it here and for months I was very happy to pick up my happy little one. I have had a few negative experiences with the director that are now having me question if it is worth keeping my child here. In my experience the tone and manner in which she says things sometimes can be perceived as demeaning. There are kinder ways of speaking to someone that pays money to attend her school, and I have found her comments to be unnecessary. I hope to resolve these issues because like I said my child loves it, but I find it hard when you are spoken to like a child yourself. I foresaw this possibly being a problem per the yahoo reviews. Good Luck.
We are happy! This is a small well established (decades) preschool that offers a lot of individualized attention. They strike a good balance between academics and play. Full day option available (we needed that). As an added bonus, the rates are reasonable and no huge waiting list. My son loves his school. It is not a coop, so no fundraising or parent work days. If you are looking for parental involvement, then a coop preschool would be better for you. If you are looking for a safe, happy learning environment with full day option, then Stepping Stones is for you.

Absolutely wonderful preschool. Great discipline, innovative projects, very impressive English and math exercises. Lovely outside playground. The principle/owner/director is great and chooses her staff carefully. My husband and I are very happy and my child loves going there.
