Wilson Elementary School

my youngest daughter now attends wilson school and my older daughter also attended wilson school . I am very plased with the principal Georgia Bauman and the teachers at the school . both my daughters were and are in the tag program in wilson and the upper elementary and have had great xperiances with both staff and other childeren

My son is new to school and I think Wilson is a wonderful school with the exception of two things. One, three is no air in the school and it is far to hot in there, also My sons teacher altho she seems nice is not very personable. I think they are great when it comes to safety of the children. That is important.

I think wilson school is a wonderful school my grandson had two great teachers and this year looks to be no exception.Mrs magistro always went above and beyond to help him with everything and even came to my daughters home to bring homework and get things he had forgotten for after school programs knowing it was hard for me to get out with younger siblings to watch. Great teachers! and principal n yes he can read!

I totally agree with the review regarding the reading program. Unless the parents take control Wilson School offers little or no help. All these schools care about is the State Testing Scores, the literally train students to take the test. I also agree with the remarks about the teaching staff, you either luck out and get the good teacher or your in trouble. They need to keep more experienced teachers and stop trying to save money by hiring teachers straight out of school.
