Terrible school, the only concern is testing; no real involvement in student success other than to increase API scores.

The upper grade students seem to have more support then the lower grades. Teachers and staff need to have training in dealing with our special needs children.

My child is new to this school. She enrolled in 8th grade at the beginnig of the 2004-2005 school year. We have found the level of teacher involvement at this school to be very high. That is to say that they engage the students on a personal level. As a parent of an adolescent I appreciate the care and concern they display for the welfare of the children- not only academically but socially and emotionally as well.
