Great school that has been in Bakersfield over 50 years. I especially like that fact that they encourage you to stay and help you child adjust instead of walking away and leaving a crying chld.
I can't even say enough wonderful things about Bakersfield Parent Nursery. The school has been a blessing to our family.
My twin boys have gone to this school for three years. I've been so happy with their experience there. The teachers are kind, caring and so respectful to the children. You get to know the other parents and really feel like you are part of your child's first preschool experience. The curriculum is age-appropriate and there is plenty of free-flow play time. They also have a music program that is a great introduction to rhythm instruments. I highly recommend this preschool.
Between 2 kids, we have now been at Bakersfield Parent Nursery for 5 years. I absolutely love the preschool and everyone involved with it. The teachers and director are fantastic. BPN is a co-op preschool, which means, as a parent, I have been able to be more involved in my children's education. I have gotten to know the other kids in the school, and have made wonderful friends with many of the parents. When my daughter graduated from preschool, she started kindergarten at the top of her class, which proved to me that not only had BPN been a wonderful social experience but a fantastic educational one as well. I would highly recommend BPN to any family looking to start their child's education, while still being able to be involved in the process.
