Lots of parental involvement and lots of school spirit make this school fun for all. However, the pressure to make high test scores is out of control. It seems as if the students that don't make them are not as well thought of. Most of the teachers are perfect for the environment. They are nurturing and involve many different ways to learn and teach. Music and art at this school are beyond compare. They are the best!
I love my school! They help us with everything we need. I like that it's not very big because I feel we get more help and attention from our teachers. Also I like that it's not very big because I get to know the whole school. I feel well prepared for high school.
My daughter has been blossomed at SLU lab school. She was involved with athletics and academic programs and loves the school. The new principal is terrific. My daughter thinks of her with respect and appreciates her fun nature. The school has prepared her well for high school next year.
