I have a child new to the school. I have found the staff and students to be very open and friendly. My daughter for the first time feels like she belongs at her school and her attendance and grades have improved a lot. While it is true, it is a new school but we find it to be a small community with a strong vision.

My daughter has attended A&E for 2 years, she is very talented in art and has always done well in a charter school enviroment. This school turned out to be a waste of our time due to the lack of experience of the administration and chaotic enviroment. We will be attending a more experienced and organized school this year.

Arts and Ethics is not a school for everyone. It is an alternative school for unique students. My child thrives in the environment of caring and knowledgeable teachers. A great place for students who need a small and diverse school.
I put my child in this school to give her the benefit of a small school enviornment, fearing the factory idea of a large school. My mistake! They would rather blame the child than work with you to help them succeed. There is no communication from the staff at all, even if you request it. It is always the students fault. Horrible horrible experience. We have opted to transfer to a factory school.
