My son was in pre-k this year. He loved it. The teachers were great with him. I am hopping that the up coming years will be just as good as the year that we just had.
We have had our children in CES for 4 years. I am not impressed with any of the 4 different principles that we have. They will excuse any teacher action by stating some state regulation. Out of the 6 teachers we have had, 2 have been children motivated. 3 have been too occupied with their own education to teach. One was well educated but completely impersonal.
I have a five year old that just started school this year. I have been nothing but pleased with C.E.S. She loves it and I love it. Her teacher is wonderful. She keeps us up to date on everything happening in the classroom and with the entire school. I can't say enough good things about the teachers and administration of this school. Keep up the good work!
My daughter has been going to this school since kindergarten. She has had the best teachers thus far. She loves her school as well as the teachers and staff. My only concern, and this has nothing to do with the teachers, is so much focus on the FCAT. I do not feel like the kids are able to master anything before it is time to move on and learn something else that will be on the FCAT. That is my only complaint and, again it has nothing to do with the teachers. We love Chiefland Elementary.
