Our time at CCCS couldn't have been better and I would give anything to take the school with us when we moved. The future of Covenant is SOO bright; I'm so sorry we're missing it now, but any parent who's looking for a superior, Christian, college preparatory education should look here because the value is unbeatable!
My child has been at CCCS for 6 years and we hope to continue her education there through High School. The teachers have always been compassionate and attentive, as well as being committed to the standard of excellence in academics and behavior. What impressed us most when we first visited Covenant is their core philosophy, which is that the school's purpose is to *supplement* the parents' teaching, not supplant it (in sharp contrast to many public schools these days). Covenant's stated goal is to educate the student in preparation for a life of service to God; I see evidence of their success not only in my middle-schooler but also in the lives of respectful & hardworking students in every grade. As another parent said, no school is perfect, and Covenant has all the advantages and disadvantages inherent in smaller schools; but this school is a blessing and our family highly recommends it.
Two of my children have graduated from CCCS. My daughter is attending Wofford College making a 3.97 with a double major in English/History. CCCS adequetly prepare my children to compete academically in the college world. But more than that my children were given the precious gift of a Christian world view in all subjects. My son is in the military and is active in ministry on base. My youngest son is finishing middle school. I am excited for him to enter high school at CCCS because of the Classical emphasis with the Christian world view. The teachers and staff are dedicated to excellence. The parents are actively involved with the school. As stated below the school has been a tremendous blessing our families lives. If you want a small caring family oriented enviornment for your child that nutures not only the student academically but spititually, CCCS is the place!!!!
Covenant Classical Christian School is an educational experience that encompasses not only fine academics but also emphasizes a 'true' Christian world view with each subject taught. The sports program is well developed and very competitive with other schools. The talent is highly visible and greatly displayed not only in our sports but also through our 'Fine Arts' program. It gives me so much joy to see the work and excitement that goes into our drama and music productions. The students are the best! Parent participation and dedication is of the highest quality and second to none here at Covenant. The PTO and staff work closely with one another to make each event a success! Our highly qualified staff surrounds the students with much caring and sincerity in all they do and say. Covenant is a small campus with a 'BIG' heart for Christ and His community!!!!
