Crowley Middle School

In my opinion, the prior review of Crowley Middle School is not accurate. My child attends this school and although the numbers are high, the teachers are great and are really holding it together under the conditions. Next year, the school will split into another middle school which will relieve the numbers that are currently there. It doesn't matter what it is a school or business, there are always going to be employees that are not up to the standards everyone wants. CMS and their staff have done a great job holding it together with over 1200 students until the new middle school could be built. A success of a school can greatly be seen in the support of the parents. We as parents need to give the schools the support they need to discipline and teach.

I have a son in 8th grade and for what he tells me, discipline is horrible, kids pretty much can do whatever they want and teachers won t stop to address the issues. Instead, teachers try to be cool and be friends to the kids by being as disrespectful and unprofessional as the kids them selves. He tells stories that are so bad that I can't even describe on this site. As far as academics, CMS is below average. If parents don t get involved and stay on top of things, teachers would not take the initiative to get an underperformer kid up to standards. They only do it upon request.

This school is really great and there is a lot of friends here who will have your back no matter what!!! And you also can learn alot from the teachers!!! They have the greatest sense of humor!!!

i love the school it is amazing and everyone has someones back tho some of the education is not top notch its the best school ever!!!!!!! Its also very diverse....which is the best!
