Academy Central is a great school. We have a wonderful principal and teaching staff. It is a very supportive learning environment. My son as attended since P-K. He's 2nd grade. My daughter is in P-k now. We offer GT classes, music, art and sports through a partnership with the YMCA.We have after school activities: Boyscouts, Campfire and cheerleading. A strong community pride and participation in the PTA. This year we have a Parent Facilitator which is a great asset to the school. A great school with a bright future.
My son is a fourth grade honor roll student and the principle is doing great things with this school. She has instilled a great deal of motivation is her teachers and students to strive for excellence. If your looking for a great elementry foundation for your child a/c is the place to be.
My son is a third grader at AC, this school has good teachers and a great new principal that is making a big difference. The PTA is growing and getting more involved in the school. AC has made great improvements this year and is getting even better. I am happy with my sons academic status at AC.
