The poster below is way off base - Principal is great and they send out weekly emails and over 20 newsletters during the year. Sounds like sour grapes

Our daughter has attended LIMS for the past two years. During this time, it has been both sad & unfortunate, yet quite easy to see, why this school has the low ranking it does. Though we can speak highly about a few staff, in particular, the chorus teacher, guidance counselor & a few staff members, most of what we have witnessed and experienced has been a shock. The biggest downfall has come from the unprofessionalism of the principal. One overall key problem in this school has been miscommunication. Another serious issue (sad but true) is due to the low ranking the school has and its over-emphasis on time spent preparing for state testing. Again, this is due to the school's and principal's fear of getting a worse ranking than it already has. To think testing was supposed to measure a students ability, is not the case here. Wouldn't recommend school!!!
I rate this school a two because I think it is way behind in education. My son is in 8th grade and has learned most of the stuff in 6th.
