My Granddaughter has gone to this school since kindergarten. The school is excellent along with the individual attention the students get. A beautiful great school just a block from the Atlantic Ocean.
My child went from a A student to a D-F student. The fourth grade math in this school is so hard they say its 6th grade level math. All the parents have addressed this problem with the school and it has yet to be taken care of. I now have a fear that my child will be retained because of this problem.
Cape View is a terrific school. The administrators and educators go over and beyond for their kids. If there are concerns, usually you will find it is due to the lack of support at the child's home. The only problem is that the school lacks overall support from parents. If more parents would contribute more time, it would be perfect!
A good school, a strict principal and moved up from a 'B' school to an 'A' school over the last two years.
