I am a graduate of NHS. This school has many good teachers. But upon graduating from NHS, I did not feel as if I were prepared for college. The knowledge and skills of others seemed to be far greater than what I had learned at NHS.

I am a graduate of NHS and live in Saltville, Virginia. My son currently attends NHS and will be graduating in just a few weeks. If anyone thinks NHS is not a good school, then just look at some of its products. Their have been several docotrs, lawerys, and other professionals come from the school. I personally have two masters degrees and am currently working on my doctorite. I believe the education I received at NHs prepared me for the future. The teachers are small town people, but have a high level of educational accomplishments. I do not look at a school based on its sports programs, but the school has a dedicated coaching staff that holds the students to high acedimic levels.

NHS is by far the best school in the county. The faculty and staff are terrific. Im proud to have graduated a panther. And I would recommend this school to anyone. Academics are top notch, And we may not always win in sports but every one gets to play.
