I'm a parent of multiple children at John Muir and I haven't got a clue what the prior parent is talking about. My kids are scattered in classes with different teachers at different levels. Each is having a great experience at Muir--not only are they learning but they are enjoying school more than ever.

I am really disappointed about the leadership of JM. Since my daughter has started at JM we have seen very little academic learning/structure in the classroom. There are few teachers that provide solid foundation if you are lucky to get one(1) of them. Our experience has been that the lack-of-quality education does not extend to All classroom, which says alot about diversity. There a few teachers that lack quality experience.

John Muir is an exceptional school. As a parent with public school teaching experience, I strongly believe my child will be challenged and engaged at John Muir. I was so so confident of our experience at JM that we bought a house in the neighborhood so we could walk.
