My son camt to Condit in the middle of the Kindergarden school year. The teachers were wonderfull in helping him get used to new students and the transison was wonderfull! My husband and i love Condit and we cant wait to send our 2 other boys there in the future!
My ADHD child attended Condit for 7 years and did not receive a basic education. I'm a teacher and I had to teach him the basics. The condit staff pretends to be concerned with the State test scores but really focuses onfield trips, music and art. Comdit is a distinguished school but that really does not impress me. I should have pulled my child out.

I am posting to disspell the myth that Condit is an evil, hyper-structured school. Conversely, it is a fabulous school with amazing, caring staff and teachers. We started this year with the new full-day kindergarten. I can not even begin to describe the excellence of the kindergarten program. Yes, they have high standards, and yes there is discipline. . . two not-so-bad characteristics to instill in a child! My child is reading, doing math, writing sentences, doing tons of art projects, gets PE 4 days a week, has music, and goes to an all Mac computer lab each week as well. Who could ask for more? If you have a child who is bright, they will take them further at this school. Conversely, children with learning differences get a lot of help here, too with an amazing RSP program. Best school in the district--don't listen to the stereotypes around this town!

My children have attended Condit since kindergarten. Going in, I was pleased Condit had a structured school environment because, with triplets, our lives were very structured. I ve been pleased with Condit s effort to place my children with the right teacher. They ve been in different classes since 1st grade allowing me to compare teaching styles, curriculum and homework. Every teacher was caring, nurturing, encouraging and perfect for each child s learning style and ability. I can see the teachers work together planning their curriculums in the work that comes home. Is there homework? Yes. But what takes one of my children two hours to complete, takes another less than an hour. I love Condit s focus on academics and am happy that my children are proficient test-takers. But, Condit is much more than just that. There is science, music, computers and Art Masters. Condit is helping my children become well-rounded students.
