All children can excel here. The staff and teachers are excellent! If your child needs help, the staff will provide as much help as the child needs and tools for parents to assist the child for greater success. As a bonus, the students are so diverse. My children have opportunities to understand their world and an appreciation for the multi-cultures at an early age. This is priceless! I can say, education here at MC Riley and Bluffton in general no longer concerns me. With the staff's commitment to excellence and the community's volunteers, this school is a place to be proud of.
My child has been at MC Riley for two years and I am a regular volunteer at the school. As a previous teacher in another state, I came in with a critical eye. I have been 100% pleased with every aspect of MC Riley. They put academics as their top priority. The teachers are excellent! I couldn't ask for a better learning environment for my child!
My child was a student there from K to 6th grade graduation. He excelled, because the teachers and administration excelled. Each and every one of his teachers treated him with respect and care for his well being as well as his academic progress. The principal and vice principal were excellent, caring about the welfare of each student as an individual. There was a generous amount of extracurricular activites, as well as a thriving music department, with a teacher who apparently loved her job and brought her zest and love of music to work with her each day. The chorus class was in much demand and my child STILL says no one comes close to her in spirit and performance. I felt it was an excellent school and wish they all could be as memorable as M.C. I had children in this school for 13 years. I feel the principal, teachers, every one cared about EACH child there.
