Pike County Elementary School

We moved from Henry county to Pike a couple of years ago. I am a Realtor, and we were looking for a place for our children to have 'roots' and make friendships that would carry throughout their elementary-highschool years. We were wanting a more 'small town feel', with less traffic and more personal relationships. We have been very pleased with Pike Primary and Elementary schools. The teachers have been awesome!!! They have went the extra mile to challenge our children when they needed to be. We love it here.

Pike county is the best by far. I think Pike County is GREAT!! The teachers are Great the school is great. Everyone has been great to my daughter in her move to Pike County Thanks For ALL everyone has done......

Pike County Elementary School is as good as it gets. Disgruntled teachers are a problem in all systems includnig Pike County. Have you ever met a teacher that says they have a great job. The measure of a school's sucess is its' kids. The kids at PCES and Pike county schools for that matter, are happy sucessful children encumbered by the bad attitudes of a few vocal teachers who are a problem for this system, just as they would be for any system. Ask the kids they will tell you the truth, ask the parents they will as well, ignore teachers with agendas, fortunatly the Pike County Central Office Administration now has the fortitude to ignore these unprofessional professionals, and like bad students they are packing them off to the alternative school. Pike County Schools are the best, and they getting better.
