intervale continues to impress me. they have a wonderful after school program! The principal also seems very competent.

Yes, I agreed that students have little homework to do every day. The principle is mean and over use his power. There are very few student activities.
I am very pleased with the school and the principal. I disagree with the below review about homework. My daughter is in first grade and has more homework and a more challenging curriculum than her friends in first grade in other states.

The Quality of the school compared to the private school is not even close to being compareable. The classes are over crowded the quality of teaching for children with special needs is way behind. The town itself does not think about what is best for the child it all about money. The school has a very high tolerance it does not have a 0 tolerance policy when it comes to bulling, verbal abuse, the abuse your child may experience from other children. I am sure it may be better than schools in urban areas but our experience was not good. Our daughter in kindergarten was being bullied. Our children were moved and put back into private school.
