All of the teachers I have come into contact with are wonderful, but the principal and vice principal leave a lot to be desired.

Some of the most dedicated teachers and staff in the public school system work at this school. Ladd is an 'open campus', which with its location and today's societal problems is probably not the best facility to have, especially for an elementary school. I think Augusta County should be actively searching for a new location.

My children have excelled at Ladd Elementary coming from a Private School. Ladd has the staff to accommodate for children with different academic needs. The have many guests, activities and adventures at the school for all ages that my children have spoken about all year. Great Christian families attend this school and the WRE program is just another good reason to show that Ladd teaches structure, life lessons, attitude and achievement for their students.

I went to school at Ladd a few years ago ,I'm now a freshman st SDHS. you can pick out the 'Ladd kids' because they are the best of the best. Top of the class , active in clubs and sports, nice sweet people. It's a small school with excellent teachers and a caring staff every child should have the chance to go to a wounderful school like Ladd Elemenry!
