I have had 2 children in this school and it has been a the worst experience i have had with schools, there had only been 1 teacher out of 6 that was a good teacher, they both went in this school with a higher grade level but left with lower than the grade they had left with, i would not put my child back in this school. Staff was not concerned for my children at all....
I disagree with the entry regarding any child who is behind. I have seen the majority of the teachers in this particular building do more than any other middle school I know of. The before and after school hours they put in is evident in viewing the parking lot when most school lots are empty. This evaluator may have had an isolated incident, but I only know this school as being accomodating to the needs of its learners.
Teaching staff is excellent. Mrs. Dow is phenominal. She kept my son accountable and working hard all year!
