This is John Adams first year with an all day kindergarten classes and I understand there may be some adjustments by the staff, however our children are not being given homework until mid October. I find this unacceptable and question the learning methods of this school.
My child loves going to school everyday, loves her classmates, her teachers and of course the homework she gets to do everyday at home. The curriculum is drafted is such a way that it doesn't pressurize the kids, yet keeps them on their toes and sharp.... way to go JA!!!!
My child loves going to school everyday and I owe that to the wonderful staff of John Adams. They are the only elementary school that consistently pass the standardized test!
I really like John Adams, my daughter loves going there. All she talks about is how much she likes her teachers. I'm really glad to know that she is being taught well in John Adams.
