We have had nothing but positive experiences at Northwood Christian Academy and Northwood Childcare Center. Our children have been cared for and have learned so much at these facilities. The staff and teachers are friendly and have several ways of communicating with parents (memos, monthly newsletters, website, email, facebook). We would highly recommend Northwood for anyone looking for quality education and childcare.
At first we were pleased with the childcare center, then noticed the lack of trained staff for the younger classes. After one incident that resulted in removing our son, we would not suggest anyone send their child here. Huge lack of communication.
This is our daughter's first year at the school and we couldn't be more pleased with her progress. She is in K-5 and is learning how to read, write, count and add very well! The communication between school, teacher and parents is tremendous! We rest easy each day knowing that she is a Godly, loving environment where she is being taught with excellence!
Our family is very blessed to have such a life giving school that we are able to be a part of. We have been more than pleased with Northwood and the excellence of education they provide. The loving and nurturing atmosphere helps to create a desire to learn. The teachers focus on building character and challenging young minds as well as helping direct our children spiritually. We have nothing but praise for Northwood Christian Academy!
