My Kid just finished 2nd grade and I have to say that the teachers they have in the school are one of best. Overall its a great school.
My four children attend Tyler ES. Both me and my wife are active participants in the school programs and often have interaction with the teachers and staff as both of us are involved in the scout program (cub scouts and girl scouts). The staff is very proactive in reducing potential issues with the children. One of our children is very active and has needed extra attention during class. The teacher and the administration were very quick to work with us to develop a program specifically for him that would not impact the rest of the class but would also encourage him to stay on task. I cannot say enough about the quality of the education being provided at Tyler both through the normal class ciriculum as well as the Music, Art, START and other programs currently at the school.
As a staff member at Tyler I can't say enough about the students and faculty at Tyler. Absolutely top notch. If my children were in elementary school I would definitely bring them here.
