A Step Ahead Childcare is a great facility for young children. My son came home one day with a swollen hand and swollen forehead and the teacher did not inform me of anything happening to him that day. When I took him back the next day and showed the swelling to the manager and asked for an explanation. She sympathized with me, apologized and treated the swelling.He had got bitten by ants while playing outside. By the time I picked him up at the end of the day they had fired the teacher that was responsible for my son the day he got bitten. They really do care and want only the best staff caring for our children.
I have had a wonderful experience at this center. My two year daughter has learned so much and continues to progress. I look forward to my child due in August attending!!
The staff takes time to work with each child regardless the age! I've notice with childcare centers I've worked at sometimes don't feed the children enough, not here.
