Before Hurricane Katrina, my daughters only attended catholic schools. When enrolling my Taylah' into Bellaire, I was reluctant to release her into a public school. Bellaire has changed my perspective of a public school education. We have relocated back to New Orleans and we really miss the love of the Bellaire staff. I am considering making Bossier our home and returning our girls to a great school system. Submitted by Twila Vining, a parent

Bellaire is the greatest school my kids have ever gone to. After Hurricane Katrina, they welcomed my kids and our family with open arms and I will always love them for that. This school pushed my kids to want to do do better and the teachers and staff keep the kids motivated.

Bellaire is a wonderful school. My daughter has been treated with respect and even with her behavior, she is treated like a real person. Mrs. Weaver understands children.
