I just toured the new Kindergarten building at Reading Friends and WOW! I can tell it is going to be as special as the Preschool. I had not considered sending my daughter to a private Kindergarten, since we live in a community with exemplary schools, but now I am rethinking my original plan. Reading Friends in Aledo is such a special place. With the option to get a great Kindergarten education in a half-day program, I think it may be the best choice for my daughter. Thank you for giving my daughter a great foundation during her first two years of preschool! We look forward to another fabulous year in Pre-K and can't wait to learn more about the Kindergarten program!
Love, love, love this school! It is such a special school in Aledo. Although my daughter is only two, I saw such a dramatic difference in her verbal skils in just two weeks! The staff is college-degreed teachers who are also Moms, so they know how to respond to young children. Thank you, Reading Friends, for opening your doors in Aledo!!
I feel so strongly that Reading Friends is the best pre-K in Aledo. I can't imagine any parent enrolling their child somewhere else! The academic level it raised my daughter to was just what we were looking for, but we didn't have to drive 20-30 miles to find it. Now my daughter looks forward to school every day, can't wait to start kindergarden, and will be starting off with the tools she will need. Thank you Diane for opening up out here!
We are so lucky Reading Friends opened right when we moved to Aledo. It has far exceeded our expectations. We had our daughter enrolled in a private preschool in Dallas, and Reading Friends in Aledo far surpasses the quality of parent-teacher communication and learning environment offered there. Plus, Reading Friends wasn't as expensive, and our daughter is ecstatic to go to school in the mornings. The staff always keeps us updated on what the children are learning that week, and how your child is doing, and they care for the children as if they are their own. I am always amazed with what she is learning there. It is an extremely clean and safe environment - newer building with large indoor gym/play area, kitchen/snack area, bathrooms designed for younger kids, and a great fenced outdoor playground. I'm a big fan and would recommend it to any parent.
