My kids just loved their teachers. My youngest is now going to school their and has a great time everyday with teachers and friends!
Broad View is a top-notch school. Staff is welcoming and parent volunteerism is high. Most of the teachers are excellent and strive to make learning fun and memorable. BVE's principal is very involved and supportive with PTA and activities. Communication from school to home is commendable. BVE's PTA membership to student ratio is highest in the district.
We moved out of Oak Harbor last February, but we'll be returning next summer. BVE is a great school, and we can't wait to get back. Teachers and staff at BVE are wonderful, and they truly care about you and your children. The PTA is extremely active, too, bringing in wonderful programs with minimal fundraising. The playgound area is terrific, with plenty of places to play and a great walking trail. This really is one of the best schools in Oak Harbor!
I know only of the kindergarten the curriculum for them seems suitable but with 25 kids in the am and 25 kids in the pm and one teacher to teach both classes children are being left behind
