The guidance counselor there is the most caring, thoughful special person to be in such a position. The school is fortunate to have her and so are the kids!!!!!!!!!!!!
The school offers an excellent program for advanced students. My daughter enrolled in the Cambridge Checkpoint program this year. We have been very pleased with the classes. The students are challenged but not bombed with homework. They also have an excellent band program.

This school has been horrible for me. I have endured absolute terror here, it has encouraged discrepancies in my supposedly sound mental health, and I know of another student whom has endured this as well. It got so bad that I had to be homeschooled (provided by the school) for the rest of the year, after October. I've returned for this year (the above events happening last year) and it seems like it's the same thing over again. I would not recommend this school to ANYBODY - and not simply because I dislike school. Personally, I love to learn. This school has scarred me badly enough that I am STILL not fully recovered.

I have a child entering the 7th grade and one going into the 8th. I love this school and feel that the staff and faculty want the best for our students. However, I am very concerned about the safety of my children. I can not believe the number of fights this past year. I am also concerned about the way the kids dress especially the boys who refused to wear belts.
