A pleasant surprise! Hyde Park Elementary goes above and beyond to meet the expectations of both parents and students. The curriculum exceeds standards, the staff is professional and endearing. The atmosphere is clean and most of all safe. I was pleasantly surprised.
My son is in the first grade at Hyde Park Elementary. I am very impressed with the teachers that he has had so far. The classes are varied and challenge the student to whatever level they can go to. Mrs. Baker is a super teacher. The principle is very involved and has done a great job. There is a chess club which is fun for the kids too.
