This is my daughters first year at this school. The school is great academically and they are very strict on behavior. They truly believe in giving tallies but the teachers are willing to work with you. They truly focus on character building. The majority of the staff is wonderful but I'm surprised at the attitudes of a few of the staff members. But that is at every school. I wish the kids had more to be involved in as far as extra curriculum activities but they are growing and close to completing their gym project. The principal of the school is very caring and has a true passion for the school and the students. My daughter loves the school and that is very important to me.
My daugther has went to Life School Lancaster for three the day they open Shakayera was there. I love the school it is the best school for my daughter I love the teachers as well as the staff. I am aiso a teacher for Head Starrt and want only the best for my cbild and this school is the best for her.

My son has been at Life School Lancaster for 2 years now and so far I am pleased. The only thing that I wish they had was cheaper uniforms, talented and gifted program, gymnasium, library, and playground. Besides that they are a good school and parent participation is required.
My son has attended since it opened in the fall of 2007. I find this school to be as good as it gets. The curriculum is definitely what he needs. The school has very high standards that every child is expected to meet. Curriculum has a heavy emphasis on character building. At first the 'Tallies' they give for breaking the '5' rules were a little scary but my son conformed once he figured it out. I mean who cannot learn to obey 5 simple rules? He makes great grades and his confidence is so high. I know the staff is very dedicated and the principle wants the school to be the best at everything. Parents are required to attend 'Parent Nights' and classes are given on different ways to help your student(s)! Bravo!
