Abernathy High School

While this school is slightly better than the Middle School of Abernathy, it too has some serious leadership problems. The principal has left the office while in the midst of handling a 'problem' student's situation to attend a track meet, rather than talk to the parent on the phone when they called. The propensity to send kids to ISS and then not allow homework to be done while sitting and facing a wall, but instead be copying the student rule handbook was incredibly counter productive. Sports are a main focus and kids who play them are allowed much more leeway regarding rules.
