What a great school! No matter who you run into at the school they are alway so friendly and helpful!
I had one child finish in this school and just had another start. The teachers are excellent, the principal is a nightmare - she should be the poster child for ending tenure. What other profession protects employees like that - even when they are incompetent and irrational? Got nowhere with the Board in Bayville, when I contacted the Ocean County Department of Education they advised that I sue Bayville Schools - basically saying they have no recourse over a problem principal. Remarkable! Your tax dollars at work!
I think Bayville Elementary School is a great school. I have two girls and they like their teachers a lot. In fact, all the teachers my two girls have had in the past have been great. I have a third child at home with me and he can't wait to be in Bayville School.
I have had great experiences with this school. I have had a couple of issues, but no school/teacher will be perfect. Overall (and I have my second child going through this school so i have 10 years experience) it is great. I have had the luck of teachers being very involved.
