i am currently attending LA this is my 2nd yr and i also think the building needs alot of work in two of my classes there is 30 or more students and some of the teachers there are very inappropriate.

I find some teachers that do care. Others, not so much. I am currently attending Livingston Academy. I am enrolled in honor classes, and I do play sports at LA. LA can be a good school. Though, I do not think that enough attention is placed in the right direction. The office is very unperfessional and needs to be taken under control. We do get treated like adults if we act the roll. Which is very appreciated. Thanks. But sometimes certian individuals need more attention on their maturity level and less attention on trying to treat them as an equal. The hall ways and class rooms are very full. And the school building needs ALOT of attention.

I thought this was the worse school every and i advise parents that have special ed kids to take them to a different school. The teacher is great. its the kids that are mean to them and the people in the office don't do a thing about it.

I see alot of Negative energy about this shool. The 'former students' that wrote such bad reviews probably were not in the honors programs, or had the right teachers. Academically, we have gotten much better, sports are high here, but no where higher than anywhere else, and with the music & arts, blame that on the teacher, they really need a new one. This school is great, sure you can send your students to some other school, but then you wouldn't get our 1 on 1 teachers actually do not move on until everyone gets whats going on. Also the fact that by your Senior Year every teacher can call you by name, we are like one big happy family here.
